We have one meeting a week on Fridays, and we get together. Everyone in the company has only two things that they have to do. Everyone has to do Customer Support, and everyone has to thank the people that basically pay their paycheck. And so everyone writes about 10 thank you cards to customers…

    Very cool! I had a similar thought the other day as I watched commercial for “Undercover Boss”. I thought to myself, more management team members should do this on a somewhat regular business. If I were a CEO of a large company, I’d do it.

    wonderful idea………..We are dealing with customers means we need to keep them happy.Giving Thank you card is not enough.Timely support is also required.Frankly speaking we are getting paid due to them only.So, Customers are King.
